Replaced the fuel pump a month ago ran fine, now the fuel pump is not priming. I checked fuse 31 and 24 they are good, i also replaced the relay , it didnt fix the problem. when i jumped 1 and 7 on main relay fuel pump primed, when i jumped 1 and 5 it didnt. eg gsr swap

 

Try jumping 5 to 7 with key in ON(II).

 

i did it already fuel pump not priming , it primes with 1 and 7.

I opened my ecu and theres a black thing Q03 that is burnt split in half . i dont know what its called, would that be the problem?

If 5 to 7 doesn't prime, then there is a non-ECU problem. Voltage test fuse 24.

 

can you explain what 1,7 and 1,5 are ? also this happen right after i cut injector #1 connector to wire in new connector.

 

Jumping pin 1 to 7 or pin 5 to 7 in the unplugged main relay connector bypasses the ECU by sending voltage directly to the fuel pump.

Properly test fuse 24.

Pin 1 to 5 is a completely meaningless test. The proper test is 5 to 7.

 

I just noticed this , could this be the problem ? im going to go try 5 and 7 right now

 

ok fuel pump primes at 5,7 . i turned the car to on position and then used my digital multi meter put the tips on the metal tabs on fuse 24 (15a) and got 0v reading . thats without the ecu hooked up

 

bump, how do i fix the no power to fuse 24 ?

 

one of the injectors wires was pinned under the fuel rail bolt and it kept blowing fuse 31, problem solved car runs, and that black burned transistor q31 is for evap solenoid dont really need it ecu runs good as well.
