'90 Integra low rpm stumbles
Hi all,
I was hoping I might get some clues as to likely culprits to a sporadic problem.
I've owned this car for 3 years and never once has it so much as stumbled.
Recently got a newer car and the Integra ended up sitting for several weeks and since that time it has an developed an occasional miss below 2500 rpm. Above that and all the way to the redline it runs flawlessly. It doesn't do this all the time...maybe a third of the time. When it is acting up, the idle is erratic and if the car stalls it is difficult to start but once above 2500 it's perfect.
The car has nearly 200,000 miles and is on its second distributor (replaced before I got the car). I removed it this morning and found it to be clean and dry; no dust and the shaft has absolutely no play so I'm inclined to rule out a bad distributor.
I plan on replacing the main relay next and possibly a fuel filter but is there anything else I should check? I find it odd that this only occurs at low rpm...perhaps that's a clue as to what's wrong. Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

Plugs were checked a couple of weeks ago. Valve cover O-rings around plug holes were bad and ignition wire boots were covered in oil so we replaced VC gasket,O-rings and ignition wires.
The plugs were textbook perfect so I regapped and reinstalled.
Haven't checked the timing so I'll be sure to do that when I reinstall the distributor.
What drives me nuts about this is that I would expect all of these things to present symptoms (or worse symptoms) at HIGH rpm. Above 2500 it runs flawlessly.
