Just want to see if anyone has boosted a stock internals with 11.0cp and have any succes with low boost with about 300whp or the max with stock internals.

My setup in a eg hatch
Gsr long block
Usdm type r Pistons
Ctr cams
Super tech valve train
Type r intake valve
Ferrea exhaust valve
Sk2 pro series manni
Bwks adjustable cam gears
Tuned in hondata s300v3

I had boosted a stock jdm ls motor with 1000cc rc injectors and t3/4 70ar Garrett turbo and made 290whp on 10psi.
I'm goin to be reusing my injectors and turbo setup for this poor mans type r with gsr head and wanting to know what's a safe powee range? I'm not looking for mega power just some wher near 300whp

Guess no one has done or too high cp.

Muckman and a few others have done some nice higher compression builds. I don't think many of them are eager to measure up or even active regularly.

In addition, this has been addressed before. K20.ek can easily ask the questions needed without this redundancy or head out throughout the forum and search for these individuals and their setups.

But suffice it to say.. Yes, it has been done quite well, and with reasonable success rates.

"too high cp"? You mean too high CR?

11:1 is easy on 93 and a competent tuner. Seriously OP, do some digging. Go read other people's build threads. If you're going to make a "post your..." thread, being so obscure and specific really is counter to what you want, and hint: There's already an LS/VTEC thread.

Yes I have search and found a lot using forged internals and some saying it's too high of a compression to boost and to some saying to lower compression, I wanted to see someone that actually has done it on stock internals with gsr head and have no problem boosting high compression poor mans type r similar to the setup I have.

You have a lot of learning to do, young grasshopper. Compression does not matter, within the limitations of the fuel you have available and the competency of your tuner. If you can only get 91 pisswater, or if you plan on trusting Joe Blow out under the shadetree to tune your car, then yes, 11:1 is too high. If you have 93 or E85, and have a tuner that actually knows what the **** he's doing, then it's entirely doable up to the standard limitations of any B series.

You know how I know you're lying? Because I found the LS/VTEC thread on the second page. All you had to do was click to the second page, and you would have found it. You also would have found two other build threads on the way there - one about a high compression B20V, and the other an LS/VTEC with an 800 horsepower goal. They're all right there. You just need to read.

Are they not teaching kids how to google in school nowadays? Try to dumb down your search terms to something a bit more broad and you may find what you're looking for. I did ONE search and found tons of relevant information. NotARacist pretty much provided you with everything you wanted to know anyway.

Ahh. So now it's clear why you're having trouble. I wasn't sure before but now I'm positive that there's a clear lack of intelligence. If you can't learn how to google you probably shouldn't be attempting to add a turbo setup to an automobile. Good luck with your future boat anchor of a B series kiddo.

Why did I even bother helping you. This is why the regulars get jaded. This is why we tell people to get fucked and go read the stickies. I hope a mod comes down hard on your incomprehensibly stupid ***.

y'all suck *** anyways. I've been building n/a Bseries enginesfor 4yrs all from googling and reading on here, all I'm trying to do is go boost high compression on stock internals and get more info since I'm new to boost and only had a Ls boosted on low compression. All y'all say is search search search... I search all the time when I need to know something and the one time I can't find nothing y'all just act like jackasses. One simple post of setup to what I want to find is simple enough so I can go about my way.

How the hell did you help me? Please... telling me to search ls/vtec is not similar to my build. My post stated I'm using a GSR LONGBLOCK.. NOT NO LS BLOCK or anything like that.

I have been reading and the other idiot up ther started posting dumb ****. I just said that I took ur info and started reading on Ls/vtec and YET to find one. I'm still goin at it. I don't know y u being a hardass on me when I was taking ur adivise and directing my comments to the other idiot who decide to post on the time I'm looking up info

Why not call a reputable tuner or shop and ask them the couple concerning questions you have and see what they say?

Yo **** these guys. Your setup should be able to handle up to 20 psi easily. No worries man, just crank up the boost!

I almost spit my water on my Laptop when I read his response to Aradin LOL!
He called him a queer, guys, and said 'yall' too

Honestly, I can't tell if this guy's straight up trolling or not. He's either trolling, or some redneck who got ostracized from the pickup crowd so resorted to hondas to try and be different rofl
