This light comes on and off. When its on my car cant hit past 4,000 rpm. I got it checked at autozone and the code is a vtech engine malfunction. I assumed its the cold weather but sometimes it will stay days witj the light and even after the car is warmed up and driven a lot. When the light goes away however my car runs fine. Im just curious whats going on here. Also when i rev my engine (below 2 rpm), the car will start vibrating rapidly after the sound and then the engine is about to die out then comes back on.

Ps: just got a expensive premium oil change so thats good and checked, the wiring looks okay.
