Hey guys,
Just pick up on a 95' Integra. I noticed at night time that my running tail-lights and dash lights don't turn on when I flip on my head-lights. I checked fuses. Even replaced then. And bulbs the same. Still nothing....
I was told a short ? Has anyone ran into the same problem, and knows where to start looking for the short ? Sorry not much a wiring type of guy... Time to learn aha. Thanks for the time and help.!

 

test grounding. I had a ground on my tail lights that had a similar effect
