While my car was running I accidently hit my kill switch to my fuel pump and it doesn't start anymore , tried a million times on and off and still nothing ,i don't hear it prime now , removed switch checked out all wires /fuses, relays all good, so I decided to replace:
. main relay
. fuel pump
. fuel tank/ straps /hoses
. fuel sending unit
And it still doesn't prime I got another si ecu and pluged it into my car and still nothing, used dmm on the 4 pin connector near sending unit flucuates from 3 to 6 volts while key on, I am so lost at this point. Any advise?

 

Trace the wiring back and see where the power stops. Check the FSM I believe there's a diagnostic procedure specifically for this.

 

had same problem. went crazy. turned out to be fuse #14 under the dash. check all your fuses. good luck
