Default civic sounds like a subbie

So wife was on her way home when she calls me saying the honda just died I get there starting checking wires and fuses. I couldn't hear the fuel pump. Well the fuse popped I replaced and car turned right on but only running on 3 cylinders any ideas?

Have you checked the battery and the alternator?

Battery is new would the alternator cause it to run like that

So I have a bad valve what kind of valves can I use on the dohc zc

how would a popped fuse bend a valve?
Maybe the spark plug got fouled

All plugs looked good .was thinking valve because I have a high pitch whistle to now.
