My friend gave me his CAI from his 2006 Civic and I was wondering if it was possible to put it on my 2000 civic LX.

The big difference i see is for the MAF sensor, is there a way that I can make my MAF to be like the newer ones?

 

No. To start, your 2000 Civic doesn't even have an MAF sensor.

 

Looks like you could from that pic. Just reverse the air filter to the other end and make a block off plate for the MAF sensor.
