What EF should I get?
I love the EF line (88-91) but I can't decide what 2 cars to pick and B/K swap:
-CRX
-Civic Hatchback
-Civic Sedan
-Civic Wagovan (I think that's EE)
All of them are available in the DMV and I love em all. When it comes to the hatches, I usually have a roll cage and maybe a pair of subs (nothing too flashy but roomy for me). When it comes to sedans and wagons, I keep the interior, and keep it clean with a build N/A SOHC with a setup and some around the foot (handling) parts. Maybe even shave the bay.
So which one should I pick?

I have had a hatchback and a CRX. The CRX has been better for me since I have no need for back seats in my "go fast" car, it is aerodynamic, and it weighs less.
Food for thought: Really, a better platform might be an EG hatch. Still light, still aerodynamic, already has a hydraulic clutch, lots of aftermarket support, and just a tad more room under the hood.
You are talking about a B or K swap, or mabe even a SOHC build. You should decide what your budget is and what your goals are before choosing a platform. If budget is an issue but you want a fairly quick car then the SOHC build is your best bet if you can afford to do turbo the right way. If not, then the budget might limit you to an NA B swap. There is just so much to consider.
Oh yea, and BLU CIVIC, J.Mills is the man. Glad to see another one of his customers here.

In my honest opinion though, if I didn't care which EF I was getting and was asking for advice, I would just go with the best condition EF I could find.
CRXs are god's chariots, but they are rare and expensive in good condition. ...I have 3 crap CRXs and 2 good ones. No other EFs, but I would buy a wagon if I could find a good one.
