Icon5 Help Identification of Electrical wires after Thief attempted to steal my car.

So A thief tried (and failed) to steal my car last night. The second time within a month, totally different locations! In the process this thief left a mangled and busted car in the wake. So I have a question for you wiring experts to try and get my car back onto the road.

Pictures

1) White and black wires that run into a loop, the loop seems to be black heat shrinked with a black zip tie, any ideas where or what it connects to?

2) A cut open factory zip tie with nothing hanging from it, any clues what was held in place? Its right under the steering column.

3) Looks like a grounding strap that was cut just black (this one I think was already there and not in use) But not sure? It's on the left side of steering column.

Last pictures is the damage done to the ignition as the thief used brute force to tear everything apart. BTW this thief tried just about everything, including all fuse boxes, starter check, even dug around in the trunk. Still failed!

Get a Haynes manual for your car. The wiring schematics and color codes are in the back of the book. If you go to a junkyard you can probably find cars with wiring bundles intact. Looks like a lot of work. Might be cheaper to total the car and start over with another one.

1999 civic LX 4 door. The #1 picture is the most important to figure out.

first picture is from a remote start module from a aftermarket alarm.(which looks like its been taken out, so you shouldn't have to worry about it.)
Second is a cut factory zip tie.
Third looks like the ground they used for aftermarket alarm.
Last is Ignition harness messed up.

If you get a new ignition sw it will come with the harness that's fucked. Since your car is MT you can use either MT or AT ign sw. Use a hammer and punch to remove the break-off bolts that are used to install the sw.
