99 CIVIC > No Blower Fan, No Rear Defrost, No A/C Control
Hey All,
Helping a friend with his 99 Civic. The blower fan is not working. To specifiy, his blower fan, a/c button and rear defrost button don't illuminate as well. Seems to be an issue with that circuit.
Checked the underhood fusebox. Blower Fan fuse is good. Blower Fan Relay is good as well.
He mentioned he pulled the cooling fan relay and jumped some pins while installing a slim fan. Not sure if he shorted something out.
Any help is greatly appreciated. Not sure if anyone has a electrical diagram to aid with diagnosing.

You beat me to it. Came back to update solution... Exactly what RonJ said. Fuse 17 (7.5 amp) under the dash was blown. Thanks...
