Default Power seat belt not working continuous beeping

91 civic. Woke up this morning and started the car passenger side seat belt don't work. The power seat belt stayed open and flashing seatbelt light with beeping noise . Anything I can do or does anybody know what I need to do to fix it.

I check the fuse and all are good. Still puzzle. All of the sudden this happen. It got power but the temporary fix is i force the retactor back then unplug the fuse at the battery red cover, now light and beeping goes away. This is a temporary fix for the ride home. Was annoying for the whole freaking hour going to work stuck in traffic.

My guess is some type of sensors. Cuz if i plug back the fuse it would release with the retractor moving forward. So i guess it somewhere that the system is detecting the door still open. Do you think it has something to do with the door latch?? Btw. I don't drive it much. Maybe it was cause by all the rain we been having???

The automatic seatbelts are covered under a lifetime warranty at the dealership I think as its a safety issue. At least I thought they were with the older integras.

I read this was a typical problem and to just unplug the connetor under the seat.
