Pulled the spark plugs today for a compression test and to just take a peek inside. I've been away from my 95 gsr for over a week and I missed her badly, wanted to do some babying.. Anyways, new spark plugs, got some strange coloration, and I really enjoy getting people's input and opinions. Now i'm not asking for a spark plug "read" trying to determine ignition timing and such after a hard pull and immediate shut down. Just what they look like to ya'll. Look like I'm consuming coolant/oil/ or perhaps a little rich. They 1-4 from right to left. Thank's ya'll!
The second picture is my final result from the wrinkle plus valve cover painting I did, i'm very happy with the results, felt the need to post. I highly suggest this processes if fresh valve covers are something you are into
yup they look pretty good to me too. I'm guessing the left side plug is cyl 3? it's running a little hotter than the middle and right plug, but thats normal in pretty much any 4cyl honda engine
