I have a 96 accord 2.2. Vtec 4 door. Lately when I turn my headlights on my horn sounds. It started happening when it was rainy or cold and now happens all the time. I noticed smoke from the wire harness under the front passenger wheel well but I don't know what that goes to. Any ideas on this problem

 

You need to get to that harness and get the water out.

Maybe use some compressed air to blow all the water out. Buy some silicone dielectric and pack it into the connectors and reconnect.

Then, find the source of the leak and repair it so the harness doesn't get wet again.
