Default Need help with rear wheel bearing

My rear wheel bearing is starting to go. I have a CTR 5 lug conversion in my EK with NO abs, however, I can use parts from the USDM ITR 5 lugs because they are the exact same. All of the USDM ITR came with ABS, so if I get a USDM ITR rear wheel bearing(comes with the hub doesn't come separated) will it fit into a CTR 5 LUG conversion with no abs?

That is what I am trying to buy.

2000 Acura Integra Type R Rear Wheel Bearing & Hub Assembly Driver or Passenger Side (Timken) at 1A Auto.com

says in the specifications "FITS MODELS WITH ABS ONLY"

*I have never dealt with abs so I don't know how they work, are they just sensors on the wheel bearing?*

It has a ring on the bearing/hub for the wheel speed sensor.

So can it fit without the sensor?

Any ABS or non-ABS rear bearing will interchange in a given application. The only caveat is, if you fit a non-ABS bearing into an ABS application, a wheel speed DTC will be produced. The tone ring does not interfere with any braking components, and since the front wheels are triggered by the axles, nothing is noted here and there is no problem.
