Default 98 civic lx randomly dies

Hey guys thanks for any help you can provide.

I have a 98 lx 5 spd manusl that runs fairly well. The only issue i have is that it randomly dies, but fires right back up. It typically does it after running down the highway roughly 55 or 60. Then when i put it in neutral to coast to the stopping point it'll randomly die. I put it back in gear and bump start it or turn the key...fires right back up. I can tap the accelerator pedal and it wont die. There is no sputtering or shaking. It just dies out.

no cel, new cap and rotor.

Kevin

In would check idle per the factory service manual and if it's low adjust it per the manual.
