96 integra, new thermostat, flushed coolant atleast 3 times. Both hoses to heater core is hot, but already flushed heater core anyways. The door blend thingy works fine. Car warms up to half way but heater still isnt hot. Please help!

There is alot to check but I'll start with blend doors and under hood open close valve

 

Already checked. Door open and closes. Valve moves, all hoses are hot.

 

 

maybe the themo is stuck open
