Gsr will not start
Battery is fully charged
Grounds are good
Fuel gauge is solid pressure
Connections on starter are good
I can hear click under driver side dash
I can hear fuel pump prime every time
Timing belt is tight and good
Flywheel teeth from what I see are good
I did take the timing cover off a bit and take a video while trying to start the car. I could hear the starter spin, with a fan like noise. Yet, the video showed the timing belt not move what so ever. The next step I took was install my type r starter. I noticed the gsr starter engages out to spin the flywheel but the type r one always has constant contact with the flywheel. Before I installed the type r starter I removed the gsr starter from its mount made sure the gsr starter connections are tight. As I had someone try to start the car I didn't see the gsr starter try to spin or engauge out. Once I got the type r starter installed. Once again. No start.
Now, before I post up my problems I do as much as I can, and do internet research.
Please help!

What year transmission? Get a starter for that year. When I replaced my starter it had a different starter than what it was supposed to be.
Have you checked the connection to the starter with a multi-meter? It needs to have un-fused connection to the battery because a starter can pull up to 200 Amps.

Definitely needs to have a direct un-fused connection. I would do a volt drop test on the + wiring from battery to starter and the ground side of the circuit. If the volt drop is anything greater than 1 volt while cranking there's wiring issue, but with only a one volt drop a starter can still operate, not to it's full potential though. And unless you have a buddy watching the DVOM or a remote starter, this would take some long *** test leads to allow you to see your DVOM.
Number one cause of most electrical problems is unwanted resistance from what I've experienced. Have you checked how many ohms between negative post and starter case? and the resistance of the + wiring?
I've never done a starter swap outside of my year/make/model, but i'd imagine it's extremely important to match, and easily done by checking part numbers and compatibility, this info is all over google.
good luck!
Finally got to working on it. Purchased a cheap button starter from harbor freight. Connected leads to battery and solenoid. Starter just clicked. After pressing the button a few times I seen a spark on the trans. Noticed the ground was a bit loose. Tightened up and car fired right up. Sputtered a while, probably due to the injectors priming alot.
Thanks! I hope this post helps follow integra owners!
BTW kept the type r starter in. Hope that's ok.

Good to hear.
take off your dist. cap, have someone (BY HAND!) rotate the engine (counter clockwise). Rotor spins, engine isn't broken lol. Other than that, sounds like you need a new starter.
