I know this is a Honda fourm but I'm building an R6 and I have an 02 frame and I was curious if I could fit a new engine that is FI into it. Anyone know anything on this that could help it would be greatly appreciative.

 

short answer: no

long answer: there were many changes from 2002 to 2003. its essentially a whole new bike. the 2003 engine with not work in a 2002 without major modifications. and for the price of said modifications, you can buy yourself a cheap complete 2003. hope that helps.
