2000 civic dx - CEL and sounding rough

I was driving home and all of the sudden. My civic just started sounding rough and when I hit the gas it barley will go. Sounds rough as heck then the check engine light went on

Jump the service connector to pull the codes without a code reader.

It's broken.

You will have to give us more than "The CEL is on and it runs like crap" before we can offer any usable assistance.

Pulled the fuel line off the fuel rail and it will idle fine but when I put in gear and try to go it cuts out
