Can someone with this model civic si sedan tell me if the rear sears are 40/60 split?

HAha, thanks for chiming in. I have plans of fitting these into my 00 sedan thats why I asked.

 

check to overall width of the seats. I think they are wider than your 00 Civic in the rear compartment

 

Thanks for the heads up, yeah I have a pull a part with both model cars so I'll be going there to with a tape measure and tools to dick around.

edit: not the actual si but an 08/09 civic in the yard.

 

So I did a bit more searching and guess what I found.

This was for the 2dr fg rear seats swapped into a 2dr 96-00 civic. The 40/60 split is my concern but from what I found in that thread its no biggie.

You're correct they are wider. It looks like some trimming is needed. The side bolsters are fine, bottom cushion no problem. The project: to fit the 40/60 split. I'll do my best to document in the 92-00 section of the forum and link it here.
