ive searched around a liitle for the issuse im having. . . My 92 civic inst panel and tail lights have some sort of short... some times they are on and sometimes they are not. it seems to have something to due with the blinkers. almost everytime i turn the right blinker on they cut off. i can get them to turn back on by using the left blinker sometimes. sometimes i have no issue other times i can not get them to turn on at all.
