Default Rebuild idles at 1500, and sticks when driving.

I just did a swap and I transferred everything over except the usdm oil pump because we bypassed it. I let the car run for about 30mins and it stays at 1500 idling. I drove it around the corner and in between each shifts it stays at the rpm where I shifted at. Once in a while after releasing the clutch it drops and sometimes it stays at high rpms with no feet on throttle. What could be the issue? Sorry if I don't make sense. I'm really frustrated right now.

High or erratic idle is often tied to vacuum leaks. Review the lines you touched during the swap.

I have a video that I'll have to upload later.

I would start with:
-Verify the throttle cable tension.
-Inspect the throttle body. Clean and confirm there are no sticking points.

Fixed it yesterday. It was the TPS wire.
