I really need help with this 93 del sol. Brand new pump filter main relay O2 sensor starter distributor rotor and cap plugs wires. Pump is not getting any fire. Hooked the pump up to a hot fuse and it turned on. The pump is good I just can't figure why it's not getting power

 

Check the signal coming from the ecu if all else is good in the in-vehicle system. If the ecu does not send out the signal, it will not work.
