Default gsr head

How to adjust gsr head to put on ls block all valves are closed is it normal like that or what do I have to do?

Put head and block at TDC, don't install with them out of time.

Ok once I put both at TDC the head is good to put on , the valves should be good? Just askin cause my valves are all closed.

If cams are installed and all 16 valves are closed when #1 is at TDC then it sounds like the valve clearances are way too loose. Be sure to check all of them anyways as it is very important.

I highly recommend getting a factory service manual (helm) so you can follow Honda factory procedure on everything you do.
