I got a 2000 civic ex d16y8 cranks but won't start. Changed dizzy, fuel pump, battery, alternator, and starter. Checked timing, timing is good. We got it to start for 5 secs with start fluid but dies after. My first Honda not really knowing what to do next. I'm stuck and need help

I recently had a blown motor on my car so I did a same motor swap. The motor I got in my car now was a running motor off a friends car. And Yes I do, my check engine light and battery light come on but when I connect the scanner to the car no codes pop up at all. I checked grounds they all hooked up nice and tight. One wierd thing tho is when I try to start it over the main relay clicks but the fuel pump turns on. The car ran once for bout 10 minutes pulled it out the driveway and it turned off. Now when I spray fluid in it, it turns on for 3secs max then sounds like it chocks and turns off.
