For those of you that have skunk2 90mm throttlebody high idle issues because the plate doesn't close all the way here's your solution.
Remove 13mm nut, lock washer and other washer.
Remove throttle wheel and spring
Drill a 1/8" hole approximate 1/4" to the left of the original hole, try and keep it in the same orientation as the original hole. It's best if you drill from the back side of the wheel when doing this. (Keep in mind when drilling from the back it'll be to the right of original hole)
Insert spring back into wheel with the nipple in the new hole
Start sliding it down onto the shaft while using a needle nose to pull the other part of the spring back and loop It around the screw
Notched washer, lock washer then nut back on and you're done.
You're welcome and Merry Christmas from Send It Racing !

UPDATE
With this mod and throttle set screw removed the throttlebody completely closes all the way. Anyone looking to replace he crappy set screw its an M4/.7 bolt. A hex head makes for much easier adjustment

I was thinking 90mm? Then I saw your signature. If it's off that car.
Fast as hell. Faster then your typical small block 350 Camero running NOS.
I used to have a friend that dialed in his Duster 440 at 10 flat, and then at the end he'd pull 9.91. I don't know how he got away with it, but he made lots of money off 350 NOS Chevys guys at Alamo Drag Strip. He had a sign on the back of his car, "All Throttle, No Bottle".
9.66 is damn fast!

Thanks, there was much room for improvement with that turbo as well it couldve gone a few tenths faster with more seat time and power management setup but I decided to step up to SFWD class and put a 72 on the car. Havent had it out yet but this season we should make some passes see whats what. Hoping to be in the 8's check out my build page in the forced induction
