I need a new b16 cable transmission bellhousing and can find one anywhere what are my options

Figure out which transmission you have. If it's an S1/Y1/J1 you can use the bell housing from a '90 - '91 Integra, any model. If it's a YS1 you can use a bell housing from a '92 - '93 Integra, again, any model.
