you could at least clean up the parts a bit before making a decision...

but the rack is probably fine. the tie rod obviously needs replacement. and the rack end bushing (white plastic piece only available from dealer, look it up) is almost certainly in need of replacement, and dont forgot to adjust the pinion, its important too.

 

Gimme a break lol. This just happened an hour ago. So this rack end bushing. I couldn't find any white piece. But I did find this:

 

I give up.

I've seen new steering rack for around $70 on ebay... Don't if it worth trying though...

 

I was going to go to the junk yard for $30
