any way to get this to work? im not looking to weld.

the flange part of the adjustable test pipe is bigger then the header flange part. bolt holes are way off.

Do the flange bolts line up or are they way off too?

You will need a reducer piece to go from one flange to the other. Or you might be able to hone out the flange bolt holes to allow for them to bolt up.

This is kind of a vague question. If you post up pictures of the two flanges you might get a more accurate answer.

Could you at least list what size and style flanges you are talking about here?

This is a thread of the blind leading the blind!

2.5 inch test pipe. 2" header.

thats a problem usually. you probably need the 2.25" test pipe...or a header with a "JDM" aka 2.5" collector.

Yeah! 1/2" diameter difference is a bit much for a non weld solution.

Just out of curiosity what diameter is the rest of your exhuast?

even the 2.25" test pipe WONT fit a 2.5" collector...learned that the hard way today.

back part bolts up fine to my exhaust. the doughnut for the front mates up fine to the header.
its just the holes for the bolts which is why i was asking if i can cut this bigger flange off and clamp on a smaller one.

if so where can i find this?

The flange on the header is stock sized and the flange on the test pipe is much larger. You could buy a2.25" ball flange and 2.25 to 2.5 adapter then cut your test pipe up and weld. Or just go buy the 2.25 inch test pipe.
