Default Halfshaft

Are all b series half shaft for manual the same. Because I have a da9 with b18a1 motor but the half shaft doesn't fully go in by like 5mm but the bolts align fine. I know that the auto Halfshaft is shorter but if I where to buy a new manual Halfshaft would any fit even from the DC models?

Yes, if the 3 14mm bolts line up and bolt in with ease you're good to go.

The DA models came with a male/female halfshaft and the DC models came with a male/male halfshaft. Check what axles you're using and use the appropriate halfshaft to match.

This. Also the seal in the transmission for the halfshaft needs to match the type of halfshaft being used. So for a DA halfshaft use the 90-93 drivers side transmission seal. If you're using a DC halfshaft use the 94-01 seal.
