Default Heater control panel keeps dying. 1gen CRV

Hello, I have strange issue:

One day I noticed, that my heater control panel stopped working (even A/C and other buttons). I tested wiring acording manual, and everything seemed fine. So I changed the panel and it worked.
Next day I noticed, that my new control panel died again. I thing that there is some other component that burns my panel, but how to find it without burning new panels?

Also I should mention, that before that problem I installed audio amplifier, but I dont see how this is related, because its just two line wires and one remote control wire. The music player is wired properly through original wiring, there is no suspicious wires, that could short cut.

If you recently installed something and the problem started after that, then that is where you need to start looking. I personally have never seen or heard of someone having this problem, and even so it sounds like a very strange one to have. No matter how well you think you installed things, it needs to be looked at again.

Thank you for answer, but the problem is more complicated than I thought.
Before installing new control panel I did these steps:
1. Rechecked wiring as written in manual. Everything's fine.
2. Disconnected my audio system.
3. Rewired new ground and +12V wires with external fuses (3A).
4. Resoldered control panel connectors, because I noticed, that some of pins have poor connection.
* Also I can add, that this problem existed earlier, because when I took out the first burnt control panel I found the junkyard sticker on it. And at that time I had this car for about a week or two.

After all these steps I instaled new panel and quess what - it died again next day. It was totaly unexpected, I was riding slowly in traffic jam and it just stoped working.

After further investigation I noticed strange things:
1. If I disconnect white connector from panel, the blower starts working at full speed. (Ignition on)
2. After this, if I disconnect connector of mode control motor, the blower reduces its speed by half. That speed is not constant, sometimes works faster, sometimes slower. Sometimes it stops, but after connecting and disconnecting same connector blower works again (only blower, nothing else).
3. Blower only stops working, when I disconnect its main connection or power transistor. I can disconnect blower relay, other heater motors, but it does nothing.

Maybe someone can test on its own crv these strange things? I just want to know if its normal or not, so I could investigate further.

Thanks in advance.

I know with the black plug (drivers side) only plugged in the blower WILL start blowing. That's about all I can add to this one.

I think I solved the problem (I hope so).
What I have done? An experiment:
I changed every component, that is related with control panel (all servos, power transistor, wiring)
Also I powered all this with external battery, just to be sure, that control panel is isolated from external electrical noises or other fenomenas.

And it was sucessfull. It worked perfect for a week. I started to change every component back to original and tested after every change for a few days. Obviously first thing to do was connecting all this to main power supply, but... just to be sure I also changed generator. It gave other results: the car became less likely to stall and the elecrical noise in audio system decreased.
Later I changed everything back to original parts (except for wiring) and control panel still works.
Im guessing, that all the problem was from generator electrical noises. Its very strange, that this issue never happened to anyone else.

I hope this headache wont happen again ever. Thanks for help!
