What's up guys i got a question about my 96 civic 1.6l I was driving in 4th and was ready to switch to 5th but it didn't let me it feels like there's a wall blocking me I can only get into 1 2 3 4 and reverse anyone else had a problem like this: I feel like it might be just the gear that's fucked up but idk

 

Can you get it into 5th if you turn the car off?
