Default 93 eg hatch gsr vtec swap sputtering and bogging

Hello. First post here. So I recently picked up a 93 civic eg hatch with a 95 gsr VTEC swap with the gsr trans. I did not do the swap myself. I bought it as a project. Recently I replaced the timing belt, dizzy, new ecu. But since I got the car running I attempted to drive it. And it runs good in neutral revs up fine not bogging or sputtering but as soon as I get on the road it bogs out at low rpm and then it revs high and sputters and has no power whatsoever. I did notice when I first got it from removing the head because it bent a couple valves so I put a mother 95 gsr head on it off a parts motor I have. The new head is in great shape. But I was wonder if its plugs, wires, fuel filter, head gasket, etc. I also noticed a knocking but from past experiences it sounds and feels like a bad throw out bearing because it knocks with the clutch out but when I push it in it stops knocking. Please help. Oh and it has aftermarket header, intake and throttle body. Thanks!!

Have you made sure your timing is correct? You also may want to adjust your valves. Last thing, are you using the correct ecu for your application?

Did you plug in the map sensor and tps correctly, those two are close by and its easy to have them connected wrong

By wrong i mean the plug for tps is in the map and vise versa
