2000 honda civic hatchback. My cluster doesnt work 98% of the time. My rpm is always on 0 and never moves and my speed is always stuck on 20mph and just stays there. Even when i turn the key without turning the car on the speed hops to 20mph. There have been a couple of times that the speed does work and it reads speed normally but then after a couple of minutes it jumps back to 20mph. Fuel and gas gauges work fine. Its annoying and i want it fixed at this point. My concern is Would it be a simple swap of a cluster or would there be anything related to the VSS?
