I bought this car off a insurance auction.
Light front end tap, popped drivers bag only.
Coolers not hit.
New battery
Turn the key on and immobilizer light briefly comes on then goes off, start the car. Sounds like it runs on 3 cylinders for a second or two, then smooths out, runs for 5 seconds tops and then dies.

No check engine lights
Fuel pressure steady


What am I missing?

I have tried to unplug the maf and see if it runs but that doesn't help..

Seems to be a theft deterrent related deal to me but I can't pin point it.


Car had 40k miles at time of accident.




Help!

 

Does anyone know if low coolant level would make this happen?

Car is currently at body shop, so I am trying to figure out what to look for next.
