Hey everyone I hope someone can help me with this cause I'm stumped anyways cars a 95 civic obd1 with b20 in it what it does is sometimes it will idle really badly shaking and tailpipe pops and crackles sounds like a miss it usually sits around 200rpm and does it, sometimes she will idle fine. Seems weak on power but idles fine. Anyways a little history about the car I had a b18a1 in it and it run great til I spun a bearing then I put a b18b1 in it and it run good bsides the rod knock so I swapped out to the b20 and when I first put it in it idled like crap all the time and stalled out, I swapped the throttle body, fuel regulator, adjusted valves, fitv, iacv, map, intake gasket, new dizzy cap rotor plugs wires and still runs like crap every now and then and feels weak on power

 

I have also swapped fuel injectors too

 

Oh and when I put a timing light on it I time it dead on the timing mark and when the idle goes to **** it moves off the mark by an inch or so

 

I'm thinking my dizzy went bad one of the pick ups but could be wrong ?

 

Sounds like an intermittent ignition issue.
Id get a known good distributor and try that.
Also try asking a mod to move this to the tech section. Your problem is more of a diagnostic issue rather than all motor performance related. Probably get more input there.
