Look up the kit from rcautowork on his website www.rcautoworks.com its like 450 for rods and pistons he ran the same setup with a 60 trim up to 550hp then had fuel issues .
If you are local to the Chicago area he remachines block and installs them all new bearings all new everything for the bottom end 2200$

Do you know any good sites to get me some more knowledge ?
As of right now I know enough to get it started and a idle built and basemap then adjust it good enough to not blow it up but I will be getting it dyno tuned multiple times at rcautoworks ...

I think the next step to gaining more knowledge is registering for a tuning course, either online or in class.
I didn't realize there was tuning classes ...? Local junior college ? The guy that tunes for rcautoworks is an old buddy I'm guessing I will be there and learn a lot while my car is on the dyno ... I understand how you have to dial in fuel ratios for each map cube weather it's mbar or psi per rpm and I understand the formulas that the ECU automatically processes every time the curser moves from cube to cube . I'm sure with time I will fully understand
Any reason why you are going vitara? Typically those are pretty low compression builds which was good many years ago before better tuning technologies caught up.
Now it's a shame to go low compression with a dog of an engine when out of boost.

I was tempted to go with different pistons but that's what my shop recommends ... Comp ratio is at 9.0-1 on a stock head mines re machined and block is resurfaced so add .1 ,.2
work is slow parts r slowing down till I find cash ...

Looking in your first pic;
The new head is sitting upside right flat on the table.
You should really put it up on blocks or flit it on its side - bent valves are no fun.

I'm good bro I didn't want a bullshit brand stamped on my horn I just cut some sheet metal and filed it down till it slid in then sanded it so it matches the wheel grain then filled behind it with silicone

I am also boosting my d16A6 stock at the moment. I had a question on OBD0 to OBD1 conversion i have the jumper for my distributor and ECU, but i bought the ecu jumper off ebay and am a little scared on if its a true plug n play or if it will fry my chipped and basemaped p28. I was wondering if you possibly had a diagram for the wires going from a OBD0 pm6 (out of my virgin CRX Si) i believe to a OBD1 p28
