Default Thermal Classic vs. HKS Sport

Which do you think I should get. I have money for either one. I like the dual outlets of the HKS however I think the stainless steel of the Thermal would be nice.

Could you please post pics of each on your car if you have it.

I only have a D15 so I don't need awsome flow or anything. I would just like it to look nice and sound nice. Anything is better than the ancient rusted crush bent Monza pipe that is on there (or what is left of it).

I think Thermal is 2.25'' and the HKS is 2''.

I would suggest the thermal but I am biased because I have it. The stainless steel will last longer and you won't have to replace it. I have had my thermal for three years and have had no problems with it. Still looks as good as it did the day I got it.

Personal Biased opinion-best bang for the money is THERMAL. What bad things have been said? I can't say a bad word for any of them on my cars. They go on perfect, look terrific after 3 years of use, sound great, are in no way obnoxious sounding at WOT.
You should go for the stainless-they just don't go bad over time like regular aluminized ones. The Thermal are mandrel bent from end to end. What more should I tell you. If this is a daily car and the "stealth cone" is available-you should go that way rather than with the Classic-as it is quieter in the normal rev range.
You wn't regret it!

Here's my HKS exhaust...first mod I did when I had a stock D15b2 motor and made a very noticeable difference. Car accelerated well and sound is quiet enough that it gives way to the sound of motor...And for the looks...here's a pic. it speaks for itself.

Only drawback that I can see is the 2 1/4 inch diameter...but for now, its plenty for me.

I called a shop and they said they stopped making the HKS for the 88-91. So I guess I will have to get a Thermal. However I have no heard anything bad about either of them.
