Default 1320 Ramhorn header. Who has dyno results?

Hello H-T.

I am debating on getting this for my stock ITR but want to find more information on it. I have searched but I didn't find any solid proof that this thing is good or trash.

Has anyone tested this header on the dyno? If so, what were the results?

TIA

What header do you currently have?

I haven't seen anything on it yet either. It's a copy of a good design, but whether or not it was done correctly is a different story. The PLM Toda rep and RMF Narrow headers have proven to be the best all around headers on 1.8's. I say that from experience and research.

Just curious, is the said ITR motor the one making 180/156 in your signature? That's an *** ton of TQ out of a 87mm crank 1.8...

1320 is either PLM or an unbranded PLM version.

I have the 1320 toda rep header. the head flange seems like its warped but when u torque it down there are no leaks so I dont care. besides that it's a solid header especially for the money im quite happy with it

That header is notorious for leaking at the v-band. Because China.

Ask yourself this. Are you going for looks or quality/power/functionality. I put my money on a toda or rmf narrow any day. Dyno tested results.

@93egSLEEPER

I currently have a skunk2 alpha header.

Last time my ITR was on the dyno it made 179/122 with RMF replica on stock p73 ecu.

No my sig was a different setup from several years ago.

I have thought about the Toda rep as well. I was just curious about the ramhorn header because it looks wild.

Here's an old setup of mine with plm ramhorn. I only did one dyno with it. Gs-r with s2 tuner 1 cams ctr pistons made 205/143tq. That setup was extremely jacked up internally so those numbers are really just numbers.
As far as a/c clearance its looks ok. Ive never had it in my eg. Pic you can judge for yourself. Biggest Complaint i had was that its all crammed over in the air intake side. So i was sucking in hot air. May have to ajust your radiator releif hose as well and have a thin fan.
