The car wont knock when it is idle but knocks when when i hit 2500 rpm, but when i shift it stops knocking. And then knocks when im about ready to shift again. Any reason for this/ easy fix. I already did an oil change and tune up.

While we're at it, give us more specifics. Are you talking about a rod knock, or a one time thunk of something hitting something?
