How to Deal with Over RICH Burn - any street Option or homebrew option ?
My car running Over Rich .
the spark plug reading have a Ring of slightly Oil moist Dark soot.
what are the Option i can do
without ECU tuning .
without O2 sensor .

Reducing Fuel Injector from 240cc to 200cc ?
Reducing Fuel pressures
IF stock is 46 Psi or 48 Psi
Will reducing it to 42psi - 44psi
work ?

a Manifold leak had improved MPG . but it cause Idle problem .
maybe a Vaccum Loop to extent the Vaccum flow ?

Something else is causing your engine to run rich. It's probably because you have the incorrect ecu.
You don't bother to adjust ignition timing to proper spec.
You don't say if you have any CEL (check engine light) codes
You don't listen to what we tell you to do.
You have to have a starting point. That starting point is to make sure everything is withing stock factory spec, to make sure that there is nothing wrong within the factory parameters.
Get to that starting point before you start messing with things that don't need messed with.

the CEL light is not There , Checked the Bulb and is working fine ,
NO Check engine light . NO o2 Sensor .

So now you don't have an O2 sensor, and you are wondering why you are running rich? an O2 sensor greatly effects your gas mileage and how rich/lean you run.
And if you don't have a CEL for no O2 sensor, then you have a problem.
Also timing is not adjusted by RPM...
We've already stated timing should be at 12*, and this is adjusted by using a timing light and following the factory procedure.

You don't need to do all that though. You need to put the right parts in.
Factory d16y8 injectors are 240cc injectors. Putting in smaller injectors would cause it to run leaner, and with the correct ecu, that would be bad.
Reducing the PSI on the FPR is not necessary either. It will cause less fuel to be sprayed into each cylinder.

That what i was thinking .
I know currently my Spark plug burn well with only the Rich dark ring .
Assuming all is well with only the O2 sensor missing and also the ECU which will cost me $600 to fix all .
if i can just change a 200cc or 220cc for $40 and a temp solution whike i find the part

i am not very confident that the O2 would do much .

Japanese junkyard should have a correct ecu as well.

The o2 regulates the air fuel ratio based on how much unburned fuel is in your exhaust gasses.
Therefore, if you have a correctly running O2 sensor, your car will not run as rich, since it is regulating how rich the mixture is.
The ecu needs the O2 sensor reading to adjust the air fuel mixture.
I still don't understand how you are NOT getting any CEL codes if you don't have a plugged in o2 sensor. that's not possible.

No idea the light is fixed but no cel show up
The engine is a carburetor engine in the past . and swap with a D16y8 top .

Fix what you KNOW is wrong. It NEEDS an o2 sensor unless you are going to chip and tune your ecu. Your single biggest problem right now is the lack of o2 sensor. Fix that before anything else.
I just order the O2 Sensor
and should reach me tomorrow and will install it .
assuming is still the Wrong ECU -

The MPG is going crazy i ever clock 16 MPG

Lol. no o2, Running rich, wonders why? sum1 tells him. still wants to adjust fp.
He is trying to save your cars health. please leave Inj.s and fp alone an replace your dogawn O2. Your Improvements depending on if you get a correct ECU your fuel mileage is going to like triple once you get an O2 sensor back in it.

At this Stage i know is a Wrong ECU - Since my Car is a Manual and the ECU is for Auto .
The point is about understanding the Different part . i am asking question so i understand my car more .
I know about the O2 and had order it .
i am also looking for ways to Tune it .
and is importance to know what each part role is and also how each part can affect the other as well as how we can compensate if we adjust the other .
Honda did it . i do not see why we can;t do it also .
To make it Extra Lean . or More Robust in According to how we drive .
