Recently got 94 civic dx HB, dome light doesn't work, half the gauge cluster doesn't light, and the climate control doesn't light, the shop said the fuses are good and as far as they can tell there seems to.be continuity, bought new dome bulb, still nothing, inspected the dome light assembly, looks to be mint. As far as i can tell the ground screw is there. The shop told me the aftermarket radio seems to be wired correctly, the guy before me installed hid headlights and had a quick release steering wheel, Idk if these mods lead to the interior lights going out and not working just giving all the info. Also the srs light is on if that has anything to do with it. And when i turn the headlights on, the radio gets more static. Can someone please help!!!!!

But the dimmer switch DOES turn the lights up and down in the cluster? So It could still be broken?

 

it could be doodoo. dimmer switches are weird. they are free at junk yards
