I believe toda only makes the sport injection kit otherwise known as individual throttle bodies.

those are really just high performace fuel injectors. Not so much carbs. Maybe you could find ones that would fit in the engine bay and get a shop to fabricate something to mount them to the engine or modify the engine block to accept them.
Twm Induction http://www.twminduction.com/Catalogs/Catalogs-FR.html makes a manifold that would accept their throttle bodies or Webber "DCOE" style carbs that you probably can get from "Fast Freddys" http://www.rotaryracing.com/ff_ind_carbs.htm

If you're going to run carbs you need a vacuum advance distributor which IIRC they dont make for a b-series vtec engine. I know DPR's drag crx used to run carbs way back in the day but it was an ls engine. Either way the ITB setups are NOT carburators, and they require standalone engine management which is so much bling bling when all is said and done that you should probably stay away.
