Default 99 Civic Fog Lights Melting In-line Fuse???

Title says it all. My 98 converted 00 front end Civic has had the fog lights in it for a couple years now and all of a sudden it decides to start melting the under-dash fuse box.

It doesn't actually blow the fuse, just melts everything around it. The fuse holder is now destroyed so if anyone knows what size fuse it is, that'd be awesome.

I've tried checking all the connections and I even re-did the clips that attach the harness to the back of the lights. Everything works still too. The under-dash ground is good. (is there another ground?)

Any advice on how to solve this, H-T?

I would suggest double checking your wiring. This sounds like one of those aftermarket fog light kits.

Seems like you have a short somewhere in the wiring. Please perform a continuity in all the wires for the lights and see what you get.
