yes. but you need headlights too. the bumpers lights are different too but should ocme with the front bumper you're buying right?

you will also need '98+ headlights (you dont really have to but it looks funny) and '98+ turn signal with the brackets (i modified my 95 brackets to fit the bumper since my didnt come w/them and they were $32/ea at acura!)
