does a 98 front bumber fit on a 94 gsr what kinda mods are needed front cover and headlights?

I believe you just need the bumper, headlights and the turn signals.

With the 98+ front bumper you also need the headlight assemblies and the corner bumper lights off the 98+ Integra. It should all bolt right on as an OEM part should. HTH...if not then do a few searches it has been covered a few times. Peace
