Key on 3rd/on position but trys cranking by itself
I put a b18b in a 90 integra shell, connected all that I can see that should be connected but something weird happens when I try to start it. When I put the key in the ignition and turn it, as soon as it gets to the on or 3rd position, not the starting position it starts to crank all by itself( also without me stepping on my clutch). It also doesn't want to turn over, I've replaced the fuel pump, the coils and spark plugs( I haven't checked if it actually sparks though). Mainly I'm just trying to find out why the car cranks by itself and if that could be a reason my car isn't starting, has anyone had this problem before?
Also I took a look at the two clutch switches and the top one seems fine but the bottom ones plastic is a bit cracked and I'm not sure if the back contact(the springy metal rod in the back) is shorter then it should be. And I haven't noticed if my clutch pedal has those plastic cone things on it, could it be that if those are missing that the metal on my clutch pedal is shorting out the sensor and keeping it from starting?

The clutch switch keeps the starter from cranking but the engine can still run.
The ignition switch only has 7 wires and they get connected in different combinations in each key position. Get a multimeter, search up a diagram or find it in the factory service manual, and test it. If it isn't working, replace it.
