Icon5 93 DelSol Idle Mystery

93 Del Sol SI
has a little over 181k miles
runs great, other than.... my idle issue.

Have replaced:
IAC
Throttle position sensor
ENTIRE distributor
Plugs & Wires
PCV and hose
Timing belt & Water pump
It had a vacuum leak, but that is fixed and smoke tested and there's no more vacuum leaks
Valve cover gasket

ANYWAYS, so the issue is that it idles at 700 and that's with me running fans on 2 constantly. If I turn the fan off it will idle at 500 and rough as hell.
Sometimes when I first start it, and it's not warmed up, it will idle high (like any normal car) then it will drop, then go back up like nothing happened. But once the car warms up is when the constant idle issue occurs. So basically I just drive around with my heat on (since it is getting cold) and it's fine, but it needs fixed. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated, and I hope this all makes sense, sometimes I'm not the best with explaining everything haha.

I see no mention of adjusting your FITV, or bleeding your coolant. Do those two things.

I did forget to mention that I bled the coolant, but I did not check the FITV. So I will be doing that tomorrow. Will update after, thanks.

Check air filter, do Idle speed adjustment screw per procedure (disconnect IAC,
adjust screw, replug in IAC , remove 7.5 amp back up fuse to clear ECM memory) use a remote tach. With IAC disconnected 420 +/- 50 rpm, with IAC connected for manual transaxle 670 +/- 50 rpm, for auto transaxle 700+/- 50 rpm.

If the car is automatic, check the throttle cable adjustment and the transmission cable shift adjustment, they interact.

Alrighty, so took off the FITV and cleaned it up, put a new radiator in it (because it had a small leak) rebled the coolant system.

I already did the IAC per procedure when I put it in.
It seems to be running a lot smoother now.
Car has been running for like 15min and fans are off, and it's idling a ton better. So hopefully it stays that way and idle is all fixed.

Thanks for all your guys help
