Icon4 H22A codes 3, 7, 8, 9, 10, and 22

Hey guys, I'm really new to this forum. I just bought a 2000 Civic with a H22a swap and havnt had much to to look at it yet. I ran a code test and the codes 3, 7, 8, 9, 10 and 22 came up. I know what they are but I just don't know where to start.
The car doesn't run right at all. To get it to start, most of time you have to give it fuel and it won't stay idleing but as long as I pump the gas pedal it will stay running fine, drives fine until you come to a stop light then its shuts down and it Doesn't seem like its crossing over into VTEC. I just don't know where to start with the diagnostics! Any help is appreciated, thanks guys !

Holy ****. I'm surprised your car even runs with all those codes. I wouldn't doubt that VTEC doesn't engage with that many serious codes, the engine is running nearly blind! First thing I would double check is all the wiring. Civics were not meant to have an H series in them, so I would check wiring and fix accordingly. Make sure the ECU is compatible first.

P.S. I'm following suit in giving you a chance since you're new, but other people might not be as nice. Read up on the rules of the forum, check the FAQ for Frequently Asked Questions, and give back to the forum via sharing your knowledge to help others.

I'm pretty sure its got the p13 ecu which is the right one. And it has the H series wiring harness. Where do I start with all the wiring ? And how do I identify everything ?
Thank you for your reply!

Reset the ECU to see which of those codes returns.

I disconnected the battery which resets the ECU I thought, but when i put the key to acc. the CEL wasnt even out at all, not even when the fuel pump shut off. so i started the car giving it fuel like always and the light was still on. If thats not how to reset the ECU please let me know. Thanks a lot guys!
